Privacy Policy

Bellwize (“we”, “us”) provides rank tracking, review management, reporting, and churn-prediction tools to marketing agencies. For data an agency uploads about its own clients, the agency is the data controller and Bellwize acts as a processor.

Account data: name, work email, agency name, and authentication credentials managed by our auth provider.

Client data you add: business names, locations, tracked keywords, Google Business Profile connections, reviews, and the metrics we derive (rankings, health scores).

Usage data: log and device information needed to operate and secure the service.

To provide the service: crawl rankings, sync reviews, compute health scores, generate reports, send alerts and recovery emails you initiate, and process billing. We do not sell personal data.

We rely on sub-processors to operate, including our database and auth provider, search-data and AI providers, email delivery, and payment processing. A current list is available on request.

We retain account and client data for the life of your subscription. On cancellation you keep read-only access and exports for 30 days; data is then archived for 90 days and deleted.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including India’s DPDP Act and the EU GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.

Data may be processed outside your country of residence. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and tenant isolation at the database layer.
