Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in choosing Bellwize. This policy explains how refunds work for our subscription plans and services.

1. Free trial

All paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. You can explore the full feature set of your chosen plan before committing to any payment.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel anytime, and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds for monthly plans.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are billed upfront and include a 20% discount. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual term, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but your access continues through the end of the paid term.

4. Plan downgrades & upgrades

When you upgrade mid-cycle, we charge the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. When you downgrade, the new rate applies at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time on the higher-tier plan.

5. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe you were charged in error or billed more than once for the same period, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund for the duplicate or erroneous amount.

6. Cancellation by Bellwize

If we terminate your account for a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued. If we discontinue the service or a plan you are on, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice and issue a prorated refund for any unused prepaid period.

7. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@bellwize.app with your account email and the reason for the request. We review all requests within 3 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days.

8. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund rights you may have under applicable law, including consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
