Terms of Service

Bellwize provides local-SEO tooling for agencies, including rank tracking, review management, AI-generated reports, citation management, and churn prediction. Features available depend on your subscription tier.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other tenants’ data, or use it to violate the terms of Google, Meta, or other connected platforms.

You retain ownership of the data you and your clients provide. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload client data and for your clients’ consent where required.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. The 14-day trial requires no card; plans renew automatically until cancelled.

The service integrates with third parties (search-data providers, Google Business Profile, email, payments). We are not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs, which may affect features such as rank crawls or review sync.

The service is provided “as is.” Churn predictions and ranking data are estimates and not guarantees. Full disclaimer and liability terms to be finalised by counsel before launch.

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
